Evaluation of the health performances of the regions affiliated to the the ministry of health by multi-criteria decision making techniques

Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the health performances regions in 2019 Health Statistics Yearbook by using multi-criteria decision making techniques.
 Material and Method: a cross-sectional data used were obtained from Ministry 2019. population consists 12 (Western Anatolia, Western Black Sea, Eastern Marmara, Aegean, Istanbul, Central Mediterranean, Northeastern Southeastern Anatolia) included Yearbook. No sample was selected, all study. ENTROPY Method for weighting criteria TOPSIS ranking alternatives. A total 11 criteria, including six benefit (number general practitioners per 100,000 people, number specialists hospital beds 10,000 nurses midwives hemodialysis devices million MRI people) 5 cost (infant mortality rate, maternal family medicine unit, crude 112 emergency aid station) evaluated. Analyses performed Microsoft Excel program.
 Results: In study, three most effective respectively determined as rate (28.68%), stations (17.43%), death (15.63%). As result analyzes Method, five with best performance among are Anatolia (0.68), Sea (0.66), (0.65), Marmara (0.63), Aegean (0.56) has been identified. While average score found 0.53, Istanbul (0.51), Middle East (0.50), Mediterranean (0.49), Northeast (0.46), West (0.44), (0.40), (0.33) remained below average.
 Conclusion: important evaluating are; stations, rate. Sea. order improve regions, physician should be reduced.
